4. Check whether the upper and lower hooks are firmly hung before use. The load should be applied to the center of the hook cavity of the hook. Lifting chains must not have wrong, distorted and bent links to ensure safety;

5. If you find hand pulling force during use, you should stop using it immediately and check it;

6. It is forbidden to operate in violation of regulations, and it is forbidden to place the gourd in the rain or in a very humid place;

7. Prevent the lower hook of the 6-ton hoist from turning over in the center of the two-row chain;

8. Check the safety of the lever block before use, including whether the jaws of the lever block are severely worn, whether the wire rope should be replaced, whether there is sludge pollution on the surface of the brake, etc.;

9. When using it, it must be used according to the standard of the lever block. The length of the wrench cannot be extended at will, and it must not be overloaded to avoid risks during operation;

10. After the operation of the lever block, it should be cleaned in time. After cleaning and maintenance, no-load test and heavy-load test should be carried out. After the lever block is in good condition, it should be properly stored in a ventilated and dry place.
