1. Before hoisting, it is necessary to check the hoist in all directions to confirm that all parts are intact. If there is any problem, it is forbidden to use it.
2. It is strictly forbidden to buckle the lower hook to the lifting chain, nor can the lifting chain be disassembled into a single chain to lift heavy objects.
3. The heavy objects to be lifted must be within the rated load, and overloading should not be used. It is strictly forbidden to lift with overload or obliquely, and it is strictly forbidden to lift heavy objects buried in the underground layer or on the fixed floor.
4. Before lifting and hoisting, check whether the lifting hook is firmly hung and whether the anti-off equipment is in place. 5. When the operator pulls the hoist, he should first try to lift it. When the heavy object is off the ground, it can be lifted again if the operation is normal.
6. When zippering, observe whether there are any obstacles around, operate in a safe place, and keep other staff away from the lifting point.
7. In the process of lifting or lowering, the lifting of heavy objects should not exceed the limit of the up and down stroke.
8. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly forbidden to stand under the heavy objects or in the direction of force of the hoist transmission chain to prevent safety accidents.
9. If the operator finds that the hoist cannot be pulled, he should stop the operation immediately and check: ①whether the heavy object is connected with other objects; ②whether the hoist parts are damaged; ③whether the heavy object exceeds the hoist rated load.
10. The hoisting should be stopped immediately when the hoisted objects show signs of falling off.
11. Do not hang heavy objects in the air for a long time, and the staff must not leave the site when the heavy objects are lifted and stay in the air.
12. Do not engage in other work under the condition of lifting heavy objects. If there are special needs, there should be safe and reliable anti-fall and anti-tilt measures.
13. After use, the dirt on the gourd should be wiped clean, and then stored in a dry place to prevent moisture and corrosion, and it is strictly forbidden to disassemble it casually.
