In order to avoid accidents caused by exceeding the limit position of the electric hoist when lifting objects, a rise limiter is generally installed on the lower part of the reel. When the load rises to the i limit position, the pressure plate contacts the limit switch, the power is turned off, and the heavy object is stopped to continue to rise. The limiter is used to prevent the hanging jun from rising beyond the limit position, so it cannot be used frequently. The wire rope electric hoist has its advantages and disadvantages, and you should be careful in the process of using it. However, its advantages outweigh its disadvantages, so it is also an indispensable part of mechanical engineering.
