The mini hoist crane is also known as the “rooster crane” in the folk. It’s shape resembles a rooster. Although the structure is simple, it can help people to complete the lifting of heavy objects. It is a relatively practical small lifting equipment.
In the internal structure of the hoist crane, the motor can be described as an important power source. Its three functions enable it to maintain a safer state, more stable performance and stronger power during the lifting process. The three functions are:
1. The near-magnetic single-phase capacitor motor used, if the power supply is suddenly interrupted, the motor will automatically start the braking function to prevent the heavy objects being lifted from falling from the sky;
2. The motor is additionally equipped with a thermal switch, which can prevent the motor from overheating in hot summer or during operation, resulting in the destruction of the motor;
3. In addition, although the small crane uses a household 220V voltage, it is full of power and can carry heavy tonnage.
These three functions of the motor of the small electric crane make it an important tool for lifting various heavy objects such as building decoration materials, grain, and cargo.
