Limit switch control failure
The stroke control switch is a safety protection measure for cutting off the power in time when the electric hoist reaches the limit position. Due to the long-term and frequent use of the electric hoist, the travel control switch is prone to loosening and displacement. What’s more, it will be removed when the wire rope is replaced, so that the emergency protection device will be lost, causing a safety hazard. Therefore, safety education for operators and maintenance personnel should be strengthened.
