2. Check whether the accessories and protective facilities are complete and in good condition.
3. It is necessary to add a counterweight to the end of the wire rope of the hoist to prevent the wire rope from slipping and hurting people after lifting at a high altitude and unloading; Spinning in the air or losing direction.
4. The equipment operators must pass the company’s internal training before they can operate.
5. The equipment operator needs to estimate the weight of the hoisted items, and it is forbidden to use the hoisting equipment overloaded. Before the hoisting equipment is hoisted, a warning device must be installed on the ground. Pedestrians are prohibited from staying and passing within 10 meters of the work site. Use signals or gestures to contact the commander, and then start the equipment smoothly after confirming that it is correct. If the signal is unclear or may cause an accident, stop starting.
6. The steel wire ropes should be arranged neatly on the reel, and they are not allowed to be completely discharged. During the operation, at least 3 turns should be reserved, and no joints or twists should be allowed in the middle. use.
7. The operation should be commanded by a special person, but no matter who sends the emergency parking signal, it should be executed immediately.
