Never cause a big problem because of a small part. So what are the key points to use the hoist well?

1, For the new equipment or the hoist of the equipment after dismantling and inspection, the empty car test work should be carried out several times first. However, before the equipment is completed, it is forbidden to turn on the power for trial operation.

2, The hoist should have its own operating switch, and be equipped with overload and torque protection equipment. The metal casing should be firmly grounded to ensure safety.

3. During the operation of the hoist, if abnormal sound, brake failure, or excessive temperature rise of the bearing position of the reducer occur, stop the machine for inspection and eliminate the fault;

4. When the hoist is in use, it is strictly forbidden to use it in an unacceptable environment, and under the condition of exceeding the rated load and the rated closing times (120 times) per hour;

5. When debugging and maintaining the equipment, the wire rope electric hoist needs to strictly check whether the limit equipment is flexible and reliable. The load test of the hoist is based on the extra load component, and repeated lifting and left and right movement experiments are performed to check whether the mechanical transmission part is normal and reliable;

6. When operating, the operator must concentrate, see the signal clearly, and obey the command. During the operation of the winch, the operator is not allowed to leave the post. When lifting heavy objects, the operation should be gentle and stable, and it is not allowed to rise or fall rapidly, and try to prevent emergency braking in the air.
